Z njim se v glavnem ukvarjajo dekleta, ponekod pa tudi mo\u0161ki (Japonska). Ritmi\u010darke odlikuje niz sposobnosti, ki si jih pridobijo z vztrajno vadbo: gib\u010dnost, mo\u010d, ravnote\u017eje, smisel za ritem in glasbo, izraznost in spretnost. Na tekmovanjih se predstavijo z individualnimi ali s skupinskimi vajami z razli\u010dnimi rekviziti (kolebnica, obro\u010d, \u017eoga, kiji in trak). Ritmi\u010darke tako ne odlikuje le povezanost razli\u010dnih elementov ob spremljavi glasbe, pa\u010d pa tudi zahtevne ro\u010dne spretnosti z rekviziti. Program mednarodne gimnasti\u010dne zveze (FIG) predpisuje \u0161tiri vaje, vsako s svojim rekvizitom. Tako se v primerjavi s \u0161portno gimnastiko ne morejo odlo\u010diti le za en rekvizit, ki jim najbolj le\u017ei. Kon\u010dna ocena posamezne vaje je sestavljena iz treh parametrov: te\u017eavnost (elementi s telesom D1 in elementi z rekvizitom D2), umetni\u0161ka vrednost (A) in izvedba (E).<\/p><h4>Zgodovina ritmi\u010dne gimnastike<\/h4><p>Za\u010detki te graciozne oblike gimnastike segajo v pozno devetnajsto in zgodnje dvajseto stoletje. Tedaj se pri skupinskih telovadnih nastopih pojavijo prve preproste oblike koreografij. Kot \u0161portno panogo so jo za\u010deli gojiti v biv\u0161i Sovjetski zvezi v 40-ih letih prej\u0161njega stoletja, leta 1949 je bilo tam tudi prvo nacionalno prvenstvo v ritmi\u010dni gimnastiki. Prvo mednarodno tekmovanje je bilo leta 1961, na njem so tekmovale ritmi\u010darke iz Sovjetske zveze, Bolgarije in \u010cehoslova\u0161ke. Prvo svetovno prvenstvo je bilo leta 1963 v Budimpe\u0161ti, na njem je sodelovalo 28 \u0161portnic iz 10 evropskih dr\u017eav. Na Olimpijskih igrah nastopajo ritmi\u010darke od leta 1984. Danes se ritmi\u010dna gimnastika sijajno in hitro razvija in postaja tudi vse bolj popularna. \u0160e vedno pa svetovni vrh krojijo Rusinje, Ukrajinke, Belorusinje, Bolgarke in druge tekmovalke, ve\u010dinoma vzhodnih dr\u017eav.V Sloveniji imamo nekaj dobro razvitih klubov, ki se z ritmi\u010dno gimnastiko ukvarjajo na vseh stopnjah: A, A1 in C. Stopnje so opredeljene glede na zahtevnost tekmovanja in treningov. Ustanoviteljica ritmi\u010dne gimnastike v Sloveniji je bila legenda slovenskega \u0161port, profesorica Jelica Vazzaz. S kolebnico se izvajajo vrtenja, meti, manipulacije ter enojni ali dvojni poskoki. Dol\u017ena kolebnica je odvisna od vi\u0161ine tekmovalke in zna\u0161a pribli\u017eno dve dol\u017eini od ramen tekmovalke do tal. Na koncih kolebnice ni ro\u010dajev, temve\u010d so vozli.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-27adb4f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"27adb4f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d11c754\" data-id=\"d11c754\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2aa23be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2aa23be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Obro\u010d<\/h4><p>Obro\u010d je tako kot trak tipi\u010den rekvizit ritmi\u010dne gimnastike, saj se ne uporablja pri nobenem drugem \u0161portu. Velikost obro\u010da je odvisna od vi\u0161ine tekmovalke, segati ji mora do bokov. To seveda ne pomeni, da se obro\u010d naredi po meri. Tekmovale izberejo sebi primeren obro\u010d izmed obro\u010dev standardne velikosti. Tudi te\u017ea obro\u010da je dolo\u010dena. Razlikuje se po kategorijah, za \u010dlanice je te\u017ea obro\u010da 350 g. Tipi\u010dna rokovanja z obro\u010dem so razli\u010dni meti in odboji, kotaljenja po telesu in po tleh ter vrtenja. Obro\u010d je rekvizit, s katerim je najla\u017eje izvajati elemente brez pomo\u010di rok. Osnovni elementi so meti, kotaljenja in osmice. Dekleta jih za\u010dno vaditi \u017ee po drugem letu u\u010denja. Kasneje postanejo tako meti kot kotaljenja mnogo zahtevnej\u0161i. Ujemi se izvajajo z nogami ali s trupom, mo\u017eni so tudi odboji, in to s hrbtom, rokami in nogami. Tudi kotaljenja se lahko izvajajo po vseh delih telesa in v razli\u010dne smeri. Najte\u017eje so kombinacije meta, ki mu namesto ujema sledi kotaljenje. Kljub zahtevnosti in tveganosti te kombinacije tekmovalke pogosto izvajajo, saj prinesejo dodatno \u0161tevilo to\u010dk. \u017doga za ritmi\u010dno gimnastiko se na pogled zdi zelo lahka, vendar ni. Njena te\u017ea je 450 g, kar je potrebo prav zaradi kotaljenj, pri katerih \u017eoga ne sme leteti, temve\u010d mora drseti po telesu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d53750e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d53750e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2b2f3a7\" data-id=\"2b2f3a7\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-599cf52 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"599cf52\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Kiji<\/h4><p>Kiji so zahteven rekvizit predvsem zaradi tega, ker dela tekmovalka s parom kijev, zato mora biti \u0161e posebej zbrana. Za kije so zna\u010dilna razli\u010dna vrtenja, mlini in meti. Tekmovalka lahko vr\u017ee samo en kij, lahko pa oba, kar seveda prinese dodatne to\u010dke. Kij ima dve glavi, eno veliko in eno majhno. Ujem mora biti vedno izveden s prijemom za malo glavnico, pri ujemu za palico dobi tekmovalka pri oceni odbitek.
